READING/LITERATURE MEDIATION AT SCHOOL: A DIALOGICAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEDAGOGICAL RESIDENCE PROGRAM

Resumen: This research comes from experience questions and reflections based on the literature work developed in a municipal school in Vitória/ES and the Pedagogical Residency Program participation as the preceptor for the Portuguese Language Subproject, which has as its motto in its 1st, 2nd and 3rd editions (ongoing). It aims to contextualize and analyze the literature and reading work developed at the school, in liaison and collaboration with the Pedagogical Residency Program’s residents (Portuguese language subproject), to verify results and impacts on students’ and teachers’ education. Constitute a qualitative research method that uses documentary analysis as the primary methodology. The documentary corpus consists of documents from the three editions of PRP (Capes and UFES), laws, decrees, ordinances, and notices, as well as reports, descriptions, and articles produced by the programs’ residents. The theoretical framework is divided focusing on themes that fostered research interest: the dialogic theory of language (Bakhtin, 2003. 2010. 2016; Volóchinov, 2017); working with reading and literature (Candido, 2011; Zilberman, 2012a, 2012b); teacher education (Nóvoa, 1999); and praxis – theory and practice relationship articulated with the critical-reflective teacher, to establish identity (Freire, 1996; Pimenta; Lima, 2017).
