Summary: The text presents the research trajectory entitled "Inventive Training in Early Childhood Education in the Municipality of Viana-ES" between the years 2023 and 2024, focusing on the relationships of sharing experiences between teachers of babies and very young children and the development of an inventive training. It presents as the locus of investigation the Teacher Training Center of Viana - ES. The research is constituted, methodologically, by a cartographic inspiration, by the problematic field that intends to understand how the sharing of learning with/between babies and very young children enhances the inventive training of teachers. As an intention, it dedicates itself to the cartography of the process of continuing training, together with the Training and Evaluation Management of the Municipal Secretariat of Viana - ES, in order to approach the movements woven by the teachers who work in daycare centers. It also presents, as microintentionalities: a) to map, through conversation networks, the ways in which teachers use official teacher training and curriculum documents, and how these influence inventive learning; b) to compose moments of sensitive listening for narratives during the training of teachers from groups 1, 2 and 3 in the city of Viana-ES; c) to collectively produce educational material - an illustrated book - with narratives led during the training with the teachers. It takes as theoretical intercessors, post-critical theories, with Barros (2015), Carvalho (2001), Dias (2012), Deleuze (1995), Ferraço (2009), Guattari (1995), Kohan (2010), Larrosa (2011) and Rodrigues (2015). The book “Território das Invenções: Cartographies of formative meetings with teachers from groups 1, 2 and 3 of Early Childhood Education in the Municipality of Viana-ES” presents an educational product, visualizing the inventive processes produced during training with teachers of babies and very young children. This book is an invitation to inventiveness, driven by the encounter with “artistic signs” (Deleuze, 1987) and brought to life by “conversation networks” (Carvalho, 2009) with teachers of babies and very young children. Thus, the continuing education of teachers of babies and very young children in the city of Viana-ES, revealed itself not only as a possibility for learning, but as a fertile field for problematization, which can be thought of, created and executed with the strength of another time, a less prescriptive, linear and sequential time where we can think of launching ourselves into a time of events and intensities, a rediscovered time.
